Hello i registered for the student promotion at last week. Your system was taken the first payment from my bank but still i havent recieve the your acception link by the my mail address. so how can i get it or how do you find the solution about it.
my account registered on <removed personal information>.

Hello @salihyigitbicer and welcome to the community!

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days.

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
