&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!&lt;BR /&gt;Try to log in with that account.&lt;BR /&gt;When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;when you didn't recieve your Premium&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should check &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;payment requirements first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you&amp;nbsp;didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your&amp;nbsp;student credentials to be verified.&lt;/P&gt;
