Spotify Premium for students

So I verified my account as a student but the link in the email leads me to a website which shows me that the page no longer exists.

I have my main spotify account linked to a gmail account yet I registered my univerity mail in SheerID, I dont know if that can cause a problem, I'd aprecciate the help, I do really want to use that offer.

Hey @alex9803, welcome to the community!

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to set up the student discount.

If you've received the verification email with a link to complete the purchase, you should be able to do it regardless of the email address used.

It wont work, it says the oage no longer exists error 404

In this case. we suggest contacting SheerID for more details about this. You may need to verify your student details from scratch.
