I have spottify premium and I am a current college student and I had the student discount but in december and january I was charged 9.99 both months for premium and not the 4.99. How do I get a refund and get back to having the student discount?

I have the same issue only it switched to $10 a long while ago and I'd like to get credit back because I'm still a student.

Thanks for letting me know you're also having this issue! When you go to https://spotify.com/account/ > receipts, do you see anything for these increased charges? Also, how long have you been a subscriber to the Spotify Student Deal? 🙂

I have been on the student discount for a little over 3 years and the increase began in October, so my past 4 payments have been $10.
