    <description>&lt;P&gt;It says Estonia but I have been living in Germany for almost a year already since I am studying there. I used the Estonian bank card while buying the subscription. What am I supposed to do then?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although I am really wondering why I was told I was changed to the student-based subscription and the same sum is still charged monthly. It is like I was paying twice as much I actually should.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Since I am studying at the university I was thinking of receiving a student discount you offered but I could not succeed with becoming one because there was no option "Germany" within a list on the SheerID I was supposed to verify myself at. Though I managed to successfully verify myself as a student on UNiDAYS where 50% student discount on Spotify is placed as well. In October I have already contacted you and I was told my payment mode was successfully changed to the student-based one. However, it costs still 6.99 euros every month since then. Could you please explain to me why it is still 6.99 charged every month although only the half of it was supposed to be issued since November? I have saved the support chat log in case you require it. Is there any chance of getting the overpaid amount of money back or at least to get them used for coming months to cover some costs for the corresponding subscription?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so it implies I can do nothing with that since I don't have the **bleep** bank account in the country I am studying in? I don't have german mastercard/visa card and only these can be accepted on Spotify &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; Is there any other possibility to get the student discount without having to go to the bank and to open the another bank account specifically for Spotify? As far as know there is no such problem with Apple Music. Could you please tell me more about alternatives?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
