Hello! My name is Kaitlin and I am a student at Utah State University. I have taken 4 months off to teach English in Spain with my universtiy, but because I am not technically enrolled in any classes at my universtiy, I think that is what is preventing me from continuing my Spotify Student subscription. I have been a spotify student subscriber for some time before, and it even worked when I was studying abroad 2 years ago, but for some reason I cannot be verified as a student on your site. Please help!

Right now, Spotify isn't in charge of verifying your eligibility for the student discount.

If you're getting an error message when verifying your details, try sending a manual verification.

In case the manual verification fails, you'll need to contact SheerID for more information about this.
