Hello,

I was signed up for the Spotify/Hulu student account, i was paying $4.99/month, but as of last week, I was charged $9.99 and I am no longer able to connect to Hulu.

I can not get in touch with anyone from spotify.

Please reply as soon as possible.

If you're getting the error message "We're having trouble authorizing your account with Spotify", we'd recommend waiting 48 hours before trying again.
