Student premium

I am a college student and didn't know there was student discount till recently so today I tried to change my account from just regular premium to the student premium and my college was not found. I tried to upload my class schedule but still said that the document was not correct. I know classmates of mine have the student premium at my school so I'm confused as to why mine is not wroking.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser, to get the discount.

If you get the same error message, try the manual verification, you'll find the link to do so while following the regular discount verification flow.
