&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;subscription page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Your status should be&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Premium&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it says you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox.&amp;nbsp;Make sure you're signing in with the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;username on that receipt&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. I&lt;/SPAN&gt;f the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you can't find the Spotify receipt on your email inbox, make sure to check your Spam, in case it hid there &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; If you still can't find it, check this FAQ article &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/student_discount/i-paid-for-the-student-discount-but-dont-have-premium/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to make sure the charges aren't pending.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>Hi there, did check my subscription and it stills Free, tried applying to the Premium again, and it kinda starts again and asks for my credit card number. Does it have something to do with the necessity to check my bond with the university before allowing the premium to start?&lt;BR /&gt;And if so, it shouldn't charge my credit card only after checking so?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also checked my e-mail for the receipt and it is not there, but I got the receipt at the credit card system, the print is on the attachments.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In that case, the link to the FAQ article in the 4th step should help you more. In a nutshell, if the verification process didn't go through and you weren't successfully verified as a student, then the charges are most likely pending and should reappear on your statement soon. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.&lt;/P&gt;
