on the 23th of February you charged me 9,99 Euros instead of 4,99 Euros. Please refund 5 Euros, because I am still a student.

To keep the student discount up and running, you have to renew it every year. You should've received an email notification a few days before the renewal date.

We suggest logging in here to make sure you have access to the email address in the account. If it's an outdated email, you can update it to make sure you receive these notifications.

Dear Maria,

my access to my email account works just fine, I just never received an e-mail from Spotify to inform me bout renewing my student discount. So please transfer back 5 Euros from the 10 that you charged me on the 22nd of February. I am withing the 2-week refund policy.
