    <description>&lt;P&gt;First , thank you for your kind attention but as you can see below ,&amp;nbsp;before I've sent my student documents to verify , I've written my card details to payment part. After that ,&amp;nbsp;they charged me first time. (That was 2 days ago) Today I've received an e-mail which informed me like "Verify has completed (for student documents). You can complete your payment. After I completed again , they charged me for 2nd time. It's not a big amount .&amp;nbsp;There is no problem for me but there's something wrong. (In subscription page it shows as 1 month later I'll pay)(In the photo , you can see that I paid for 2 times)&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just paid for premium with student discount but Spotify charged me for 2 times. How can I get refunded for this ?&amp;nbsp;I'm just using an account and there is no account else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;when you received two payments by Spotify at the same day, and this has never happened before, there are two possible reasons.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The first one is that one of the charges is a pre-authorization charge. Normally&amp;nbsp;the pre-auth charge has a smaller amount of money and it should be away after&amp;nbsp;a few business days.&lt;BR /&gt;If this isn't a pre-auth charge, then it’s possible that you hit the conformation button in the subscription email twice and so a second transaction went through. Don't worry, this second charge will just get added onto your account as if you "pre-paid" for an extra month. You can see this by visiting your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/" target="_blank"&gt;subscription page&lt;/A&gt; and checking that your new payment time will be in around 2 months.&lt;/P&gt;
