Student Discount not possible - Austria

Hey everyone,

I'm from Austria and a student at the Medical University Vienna. I already sign in to myunidays.com, because it was said so to get the student discount. Unfortunately, I see the screen attached (screenshot) and can not get the student discount. It says: "discount not avaliable". But it should be there, right?

What can I do?

Hey @Fabi14,

It looks like your account's country setting is set to Germany or the UK. I'd recommend changing your country setting to Austria by following these steps: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_basics/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/.
