I recieved the email verifying student credentials. when I click the link to complete purchase it does not work. It says spotify.com page is not working

Please try opening the link in a private/incognito mode window of your web browser or try changing browser you're using to get into the Spotify Website.

I am having the same problem and it still is not working even if a new private browser. They’ve already taken the money out of my account, what can I do
