Hello there,

Today i applied for a student discount. I sent some of those necessary documents which you asked from us. During this checking process, How should i use my Spotify premium? Or i can't use it?

Please let me know about it. By the way, i controlled my bank account and it has been charged by your fee already. Explain that issue please. I couldn't use my premium account but i already charged by it. It's quite interesting.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If you've sent documents to validate the discount manually, it could take a few days to receive an email notification and complete the discount activation.

If you see a payment pending on your bank statement, this just means that the funds were put on hold, but will go back to your bank account in a few business days.

Once you receive the email confirmation, you'll need to complete the purchase, and that's when the subscription starts.
