My premium discount of getting 3 months for 99 cents recently expired and want to get spotify student because i curently attend University. When I enter my student credentials it says "Your student credentials are already associated with another Spotify account." even though I currently dont have spotify premium for student and entered my correct credentials. What do I do about this?

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might have your student details linked to a different account.

If you only have one Spotify account and you're still getting this error message, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to set up the discount.
