I bought student premium and ı paid.but ı havent still been premium for 4days.please can you help me

Hey @Sinoantriyal,

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

I see it paid when I look at the bank statement. not writing on pending. Also ı called bank worker. She said that you should call spotfy workers because you paid us for student premium. Now what can ı do? 😞

Hey again @Sinoantriyal,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

İt is problem that my email adress hasnt spotfy's email but ı am sure that ı paid. Why dont I become premium? Or will my money come back?

Hey @Sinoantriyal,

It might be possible that the you have two different accounts, so please check this info.

Also, you should try to log out/back in with the email address registered here (if the account showing up is Premium).

I Tried to entire to spotfy with all of my email adress. But ı have no
