      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what country are you purchasing from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is that if the premium features didn't come through, the payment is merily a locked amount in your bank that will be returned once the bank unlocks it. If this does not happen within the next 4 days then you should contact the spotify staff directly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue here is: Why did you get an error in the first place? Could you expand on this error?
