Add payment methods for Student Discount Philippines

As a student, we normally don't have creditc cards yet and it's a hard time borrowing one from our parents. So, I'd like to suggest to add other payment methods such as through load. Just like the ones used for paying P129/month. It would be really helpful if it is added to the payment methods of student discount. Thank you.
