I cannot extend my Student Discount

When I entered my card details and go to the next page that supposed to redirect me to the SheerID page, nothing happens. It does not lead me to the SheerID and the button does not work. Can someone solve this problem? Thanks.

UPDATE:

I have got an e-mail from Spotify Customer Support. The cache stored in my browser caused this issue even though I tried to remove all the cookies. The customer support says you should try it in an incognito window (private session) to get rid of the problem to happen. I tried and it works.

Hi @Nico! Thanks for the answer. I tried the SheerID website for international students that you wrote, before I open this topic. The link have a button "Go to Spotify" and it leads me to the Spotify Student Discount page too. And everything starts from the beginning again.
