I send my university information to Spotify and I didn´t know that they were going to send me a confirmation email, so I didn´t check my email for a long time. Just a few days ago, I saw that i saw a old Spotify email saying that i had had to confirmed several month ago, so they have been charging me 10€ per month. Are they going to give me my money back?

Unfortunately, you’re not eligible for a refund, as long as Spotify sent you many advices for renewing your discounted subscription.

No worries! You can still apply for a Spotify Student Discount and pay a discounted rate for the next months 🙂
