I was charged, but I am still not given my Premium.

Good day everyone. I've been charged for my Student Premium, I have uploaded the necessary information and been waiting. But it failed to be delivered to me and I'm starting to get worried. I'd like to recieve some help about it please.

Hello @DeanTheMerciful and welcome to the community!

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days.

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
