is here any type of costumer support? I'm supposed to get an student discount (UNIDAYS already confirmed), but I still get charged the full amount. Is here anyone who can help me or provide an E-Mail?

Hey @Jules92, welcome to the community!

To have the student discount, you need to set it up here. You'll need to enter your payment and student details, but you won't be charged again. The discount will aply automatically on your next billing date.
