I should have been charged for the student discount for months now, and it cut me off, so I had to restart the student discount. Is it going to charge me twice for the normal premium and the student?

And can I get a refund for all of the months I was charged the $10 instead of 5?

The student discount only lasts for 12 months (1 year). After that time you are supposed to get an email about it coming to an end. After the 12 months you have to renew the student discount. You can be accepted again as long as you are still a student and it is verified.

You should not be charged twice. The student discount will start on the next billing date you are due to pay for premium.
