Student verification

I'm trying to sign up for the premium student account and my account is currently on hold. Would it be good enough verification if I use my financial statement as my evidence? It has dates on it, the institution name and my full name as well

Hey @Sgballer, welcome to the community!

After you enter your student details to get the discount, it could take a few days for you to receive a confirmation email. Once you receive this email, you just have to follow the steps in it to get the discount rolling.

In case you haven't received this email or if your student details couldn't be confirmed, let me know what country you're applying from, and I'll see what to suggest.
