student verification

Hi SheerID cant verify my student status as my submission does not have an issue date. However, it is currently summer break and i do not have any relevant information with dates within 3months. However, i sent a copy of my degree audit with my computers date shown. It still did not pass. Any ideas how else i can get the student discount?

If you didn't see your school on the list during sign up, you won't be eligible right now. You can request to have your school/university added to the list here though.

If you’re still having trouble after that, as you must be approved by SheerID, I would recommend contacting SheerID directly.
Or, you can also submit for manual verification.
