My Question or Issue

My subscription is premium for student and it renewed today however why is it my subscription suddenly change into premium for family and cost me 194 php instead of the regular 65 php for students?

Hey @Ken1317,

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

The student discount expires after a year. When that happens, your subscription will automatically go back to the standard monthly rate.

If you think this may be what's happened and you’re still eligible for the student discount, all you need to do is sign up to it again here.

If this doesn't sound right, however, let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest 🙂
