Student discount Denmark

Hi,

So I tried to get a student discount and paid the 50 dkk it costs. But I received no confirmation on any sort, so I renewed my normal premium account, because i read that the 99 dkk i costs would just extend my student membership with approx. 2 months.

This was medio march, and now Spotify says my premium will close if I don't renew my premium at 99 dkk again.

What can I do? Apparently there is no real support or customer service associated with Spotify 😞

I really don't want to pay double the student price when I am eligible for the student version. I sent in my documents for approval, but as I wrote, I still haven't gotten any confirmation.

Any help is appreciated.
