I was updating my payment details and I was incorrectly charged 9.99 instead of 4.99 for my student plan? How do I fix this?

May I ask you when you signed up for the Premium for Students offer?

I signed up last year and I had to update my card information after I lost
my debit card. As soon as I updated it, I was charged 9.99

I signed up on 5/15/17 and have been paying the student fee since. I was suddenly charged 9.99 isntead. Attached screenshot
