      <description>&lt;P&gt;hola buenas noches&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;esta tarde me he dado de alta en spotify premium de estudiantes, he dado mis datos bancarios y he enviado mis documentos universitarios. Me ha llegado un correo donde me ponia &amp;nbsp;que habían verificado mis estudios con lo cual tenía ''spotify premium a solo unos clics''. Me daban un linc que me llevaba a mi cuenta pero me pone que no tengo contratado ningun premium y sigo teniendo el free, eso sí LOS 4,99€ YA SE HAN COBRADO. Qué puedo hacer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you were charged for Spotify, but your account is still Free, try checking if you have other Spotify accounts. I suggest following the steps on this &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_blank"&gt;page&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if the subscription is on a different account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case you only have one account but you can't use the Premium features, try &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;reinstalling&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;Spotify on your device. This usually helps.&lt;/P&gt;
