My Question or Issue

He disfrutado del descuento para estudiantes hasta ayer, que me cobraron 10€ de nuevo sin avisar que finalizaba dicho descuento.

Esta mañana he vuelto a activarlo, y mi pregunta es si me van a devolver los 5€ que me corresponde por el descuento.

Otherwise, the difference won't be refunded, and you'll start paying at the discounted rate on your next renewal date.
