Student Plan Webpage down

I’m trying to switch from the Premium plan to the student discount, however the link on the Spotify website doesn’t work. I cancelled my membership through ITunes and would like to continue with the Premium service.

Hey @Tgulk,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Thanks for the reply. It’s an issue with Spotify. A picture of a cassette tape is displayed and says something like “our wires are crossed”.

Could it be possible that your Spotify account is a Premium account at the moment?

If so, please wait until it reverts into a free account and then try to subscribe again 🙂

Just for your info:

When a Spotify account reverts to another account type (e.g. free),

none of your saved songs, playlists etc. will get lost 🙂
