Problem Verifying Student Account

Hi, I have recently become a student and I'm trying to add this discount to my account, but I cannot get it to verify. My spotify account is connected to facebook which uses my personal email, and I was wondering if that's part of the problem, since there's no educational email attached to the account? I'm not totally sure how it works but would appreciate the help!

Do you have any trouble signing up for the discount using an incognito window? What about from a different device?

If so, try getting manually verified here.
