How do I start a student subscription?

Hi there!

I'm a student and have been verified for the discounted rate. I got to the screen where it says I am verified until next year, with the date in purple. However, when I go to upgrade to premium, I am only given the $9.99 option. What am I missing here?

Thanks! I have seen this screen but it hasn't helped me. The only thing I'm thinking is that it says "The discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date. You can check the status of your subscription at any time." I wonder if that means I should just start the $9.99 and then hope it charges less automatically. The hope-and-see method usually doesn't work though. Haha!

Hi Taralee,

Normally, it should show you the discounted price instead of 9.99. Can you try logging out and back in again with the account linked to your student account (which has been verified) and then clicking through to "Get Discount"?
