How to get student discount again

Ok so I'm having a bit of a problem. I signed up for the Spotify Premium + Hulu student discount bundle last year and I forgot to pay it around July. I "renewed" the account but accidentally paid the 9.99 fee instead of the 4.99 one. When I try and go to the student discount page it doesn't really give me any options to do anything. Just says it's valid until Sep 15th. Is there anyway I can get back my student discount? Do I have to wait until September 15th for it to reset so I can renew it? Please help me.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with student discount. No worries, I'm here to help 🙂

First of all, I'd recommend cancelling your 9.99 Premium subscription. You can check this Spotify Answer for tips on how to cancel.

Once you cancel your subscription, you can try going to the student discount page and try starting your Student Plan again.
