Unable to watch Hulu

Hello! I have Spotify Premium for Students and had a Hulu account through Spotify at one point. I quit using Spotify and ended up losing my Hulu account and I am unable to log back in. I have SP for Students now, again, and have for a few months. Hulu Support said to contact Spotify to get a new link for activating an account. Thanks!

Thanks for posting regarding this and welcome to the community!

If you've already activated the Spotify for Students and Hulu bundle, you can head here to link your Hulu account to Spotify.

If that doesn't help, make sure to also try the following:

Incognito/private window in your browser.
Another browser.
Another device.
Different internet connection.

Both links result in a 404 error. Still unable to watch hulu.

If you still see an error message, it'd be helpful if you could send us a screenshot so we can take a closer look. Just make sure it doesn't contain any private/sensitive info.

We'll be keeping an eye for your reply.

The link worked to open my services, however it says "Start Watching". The problem is that the Hulu account that was linked to my Spotify is no longer active. Hulu says I need a new activation link.

Just to confirm, have you already tried heading here?

Please keep in mind that if you've linked your Spotify account with the wrong Hulu account, the folks at Hulu should be able to help you further to link it with your new account. In this case, since you can reach back to them one more time so they can do their magic backstage.
