My Question or Issue

So the system simply cannot verify that I am a student, my name birth date and school I put in is all correct but it cannot find me. Amazon also has their own student discount and it did work but the difference between amazon and spotify is I verified I was a student by using my student email I was given. This is also my first year of college, could that effect anything? Also I did just run out of my free trial and just recently paid the monthly fee, not sure if that effects anything.

Thanks it worked! I have a question, like I said I just paid the monthly
fee, should I wait to switch to premium for students when the month is over
or can I switch now? If I switch now will I be charged the 4.99 instantly
even though I just paid regular price?

You can switch now, and you won't lose any Premium time 🙂

I don't think that you'll pay 4.99 right away.
