My Question or Issue

I was told that in certain countries such as Malaysia are not offered the student discount. But I'm also told that I'm able to get the discount too. I tap on the link on the help section but it led me to the country section which is a total useless link in my case. How? How can I get the student discount too? I had been studying as a university student for more than 3 years now and I can provide all the details needed. And please add the feature where we who buy the premium via card code in 24/7 shops get a expiring notification because it kills me every month having to redownload all the songs into my device. Having all that cellular data gone.

Currently, Premium for Students is not available in Malaysia, as you mention. This would explain why you're having troubles with the support site article.
