I tried to apply for student discount,my Id was verified,but the link which SheerID sent me isn’t working and I can’t get my discount(

can someone explain me what to do?

First off, make sure that all your account information is correct, most importantly your email or other contact options. Secondly check that the ID you sent was correct and did actually get verified. Please keep in mind that the spotify student account is 4.99$ a month, so spotify will still bill you. If everything else goes wrong, contact spotify support.
