Is the premium for student can use in new account?

I opened my Spotify account with Facebook. I want to separate these now, but it doesn't. I want to close my account and open a new account by email.

If I do, can I use my student discount in new account?

Thanks for the confirmation!

If you haven’t used Premium for Students on the old account - then you should be able to start a new account and activate the Premium for Students discount.

If you have activated the discount on the old account, there is more info on what to do here, under ‘Can I move my discount to another account?’ section.
