Student Premium Not Working

My Question or Issue

My student premium used to work but now my college is no longer listed as verifiable. Why do I have to pay full price when a few months ago I could use student premium ?? I have emailed and completed many forms from SheerID but they haven't replied.

Hi there,

If you didn't see your school on the list during sign up, you're not eligible right now.

You can request to have your school/university added to the list here.

The wait time for university addition requests to be reviewed is, at a minimum, a 30 day wait. Schools submitted are not guaranteed to be added, but all requests are researched and considered.

I already sent in an application in December and got no response. I just don't understand why Spotify took my college off of the eligible list when it has been and still clearly should be eligible.
