Student discount but getting charged for Premium

My Question or Issue

I have had premium with student discount for one year. I have verfied that I am a student again (after one year), but it says that my offer is already redeemed.

Now I am getting charged for the Premium (without discount) even though i have verified (again).

How can I get the student discount again?

Hey @LineHyrup95

There could be a couple of reasons why you might be charged the full price. May i ask how long you have approximately have had the Student Discount? If you have had it for more than 4 years, then thats might be the reason. Under the terms and conditions, Spoitfy only limits to 4 years of being applicable to the Student Discount.

One quick addition to what @Keanu_C said: Can you check if you have an additional account here. You might have verified it for a different account.
