      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had Spotify Student Premium and have noticed that out of nowhere my account has been reverted to standard premium. Without any notice and in the middle of the year despite having verified my account previously. I have been charged double of what I get charged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Australia)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mean yes, I have signed and accepted that it will renew automatically but what a bad move to not notify your customers about it.&lt;BR /&gt;Right now I would like a refund of the sum I paid above my student discount&lt;/P&gt;</description>
