My Question or Issue

I've subscribed to the spotify premuim account and verified that I'm a student but my account isn't registering as a premuim account at all. What is going on and how can it be fixed??

Sometimes when users upgrade accounts they tend to create an additional one.

As a first basic step and if you student status was upgraded correctly, check out this help page to locate all account listed with your details to make sure you're on the right one.
