My Question or Issue

I activated my student discount, and sheerid would comeback to me in three days but i never got a comformation that they would, is this normal? And when i try again it says that i already used this discount.

Could you try logging into your account here, and let me know your subscription status (whether it says Premium, or Premium for Students). If there's more info showing, a screenshot would be very helpful.
