Is Spotify Premium for Students just for US students?

My Question or Issue

I thought Spotify Premium for Students was for college students worldwide. Can someone confirm this? When I try to verify my student status by entering this address: https://www.spotify.com/us/student/verification . It says there is an error. Is this happening just to me for being outside the US?

I'm afraid the student discount isn’t currently available in Costa Rica, but hopefully it will be there soon.

That's odd, @LightBeing93.

I'm in Brazil and the page is opening just fine here.

Maybe it will work if you try again using different browsers, and/or using icognito mode.

Pago Spotify premium pero me di cuenta que puedo tener un precios más accesible debido a que soy un estudiante y hay un plan para estudiantes, quería saber si el plan individual premium es igual que este plan para estudiantes, y también les iba a comentar que cuando trato de acceder a la página para verificar, dice que la página no existe.
