I really want to having premium account with student premium, but I'm shocking that I should add the credit card, meanwhile I just having debit card. Why should credit card?

In my opinion you can use your debit card as well as credit card.

Yep! All you need to do is sign up at www.spotify.com/student and the discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date.
Note: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel.

And how to pay when you don't have a credit- or debit card? You can not expect that a (poor) student have a credit card.
