I can’t use my student discount because it says my creditals are in use somewhere else. But I haven’t used my student discount in a year and I haven’t been in college longer than 2 years so it definitely has not expired. Why can’t I use my premium student discount?

Hey @Hashemr2

I would recommend trying to reverify your account. To do this go to your account overview by signing in and on the account overview you can find a reverify button. Click there and it should reverify your creditionals that you originally linked your student info to your Spotify account.
