      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question is&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I signed up for the student discount a month ago, and I received the confirmation message but the plan was never applied on my account. I already verified if I had another account and I don't.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So I just want to knlw what can I do to apply the new plan on my account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
