Hi,

I have a Premium for Students subscription but I have just checked my credit card statement and I realized that my student discount never worked. At the beginning of the year I renewed my subscription and information about my studentship was confirmed. So why cant't I use my Premium for Students subscription and pay more? Please help me about this issue.

I'd recommend checking out Spotify's refund policy > Overcharged for the student discount? section. From there, you'll find some steps to follow and an option to get in touch with Customer Support.
