My Question or Issue

So I just signed up for classes but my student discount can't be verified. What gives? I have not exceeded the 4 year limit. I have proof and evreything that I am registered for classes as well.

Welcome to the Community!

If Spotify is unable to verify your student ID, you won’t be eligible to claim the Student discount. Please make sure:

You haven’t already claimed the discount on another Spotify account. Find other accounts.
Your school is listed. If you didn’t see your school on the list during sign up, I'm afraid you're not eligible right now.
You haven't renewed your discount, it must be done every year.

Spotify uses SheerID to verify your student credentials, so if you’re still having trouble signing up you can get in touch with them.
